Our focus, to to be on the growth of off season items, as our property can produce most items, year round, making the sale of our products, more profitable, as when available, other crops have been exhausted already or are out of cold storage, limiting the taste and quality. (Note, all prices we have used are seasonal high production rates, or meaning our prices for estimating are the lowest prices of the products / crops)
